Summer is coming!, well actually it isn't coming yet but the clock has to go 1 hour ahead today for it is summer time (Daylight saving time). Therefore i posted a summer recipe, to be well prepared.
On the side, after i watched this video i wanted to figure out why basil leaves have to cut with scissors or torn with your hands. The result was as the following: "The basil gives more flavor if it's torn or crushed before using."
