As long as I've been cooking, this is one I have not tried yet. It's either laziness or afraid I'd mess it up. Not sure which but it looks great. I have decided to brave it anyway. LOL! Thanks for this post with the fantastic picture.

I may not be able to prepare this because I am into healthy eating:-( but I love it just the same. My daughter, you see is named Lorraine.

Of course there's also one of the many regions of France called Lorraine.
